Cleaning Eyes |

Persians
are prone to tear duct blockages. When this occurs, tears run down the
cat's cheeks, leaving unsightly dark stains. To prevent the any
build-up, staining or causing infection
Wipe your cats eyes 2X daily with a moist tissue or a face cloth. Use
separate areas of the cloth or a separate tissue for each eye, again so
you don't spread a potential infection from one eye to the other one.
Products used by us and other cat owners are called Opticlear
(sterile saline solution) and Diamond Eyes (cleanser), which helps
remove buildup and prevents staining. |
